Yes, I was a little worried when i woke up yesterday morning.. Clouds and Rain.. but as you can see it ended up all SUN!!
What a beautiful Day, Taryn & Tim are a really great couple, we had so much fun.. it was also nice knowing a few other people at the wedding as we are distantly related..
I live in Newcatle but have never done a wedding here.. WOW it is so beautiful, we are so lucky to live here.. majority of the guests came a long way, so we put on a good show for them!!
Anyway i know Taryn was busting last night, so here is you sneak peak.. cant wait to catch up with you guys.. CONGRATULATIONS!!

{What a beautiful Belly}

....the next stage in our Body Art and Photography joint venture, following on from the cute little faces below. Emilie (Fairy Good) and I got together again this week to do 'a belly'!!.. and what a beautiful belly it was.. ready to pop any day now!!
We had alot of fun, the mum we worked with was lovely and so open to ideas.. a blank canvas for both of us!! Hopefully there will be more bellies to come.
Keep an eye out for the packages Emilie and I will be doing, we are very excited!!

Yesterday was my first 'engagement shoot'. Kristin and I are doing a wedding together in a couple of weeks, and she organised for us to do this. It was great in a few ways.. we could meet the couple, and Kristin and I could work out the logistics of working together for the first time. We all had a heap of fun.. It took a little while, but once we were all comfortable (and made bree walk through the river) there was lots of laughs!!

When I first started Luvlee Photography I met Monique at a street fair (she owns a Twinkle Toes franchise) she has been a wonderful support to me over the past year and a bit, and directed many customers my way.
Finally I am able to say thank you for her support and we were able to organise a shoot for her family at my studio, she is 8 months pregnant, so we got a few belly photos, and some of her beautiful family...

{First Wedding of the Year}

... and it rained and rained and rained, then stopped for a minute!! I was so lucky the couple were really relaxed and easy going, and also good friends of ours!! They look so beautiful in the pictures & we had a so much fun and a great day. Here is the sneak peak I promised!!

Isn't she beautiful.. she was one of my first shoots when i started out. It was her Family BBQ last weekend. These were taken just outside my studio, I think it looks great. The clothes are Bonnie Bee ones too.. I am hoping to sell the clothes over the net soon.....! Keep an eye out..

Well that sounds funny!! This is my new shop, some pics as promised to a few people. More soon...Thank you to my lovely friend Kristin Upcroft (KMU Photography), on the open day of the shop, she took photos the whole Day.. i was flat out!

I am so lucky to have so many people supporting me in the Opening of my little studio.
I am also so happy in assisting my mum-in-law in launching her kids range of clothes.. that sounds very professional, it was more like.. she is a wonderful seamstress and i found some fantastic patterns she had at home from the 70's and thought it wold be really nice to have something extra for my customers..so we came up with ' Bonnie Bee, handmade children's clothing'.. this is my favourite photo from the shoot we did for the clothing.

This is my shoot from yesterday, I photographed Cooper almost 1 year ago.. i'ts really nice when your business gets to a stage when customers start coming back.. I have been 'Luvlee Photography' for just over a year now..

I am very proud of my sister Amie.. Last night was her very first performance with her Drumming group Skinsing, here in Newcastle. I was a lovely night, with an amazing crowd, far exceeding their expectations, a wonderful support for them..

My studio is wonderful, i am having such a great time creating a space that is mine. I took these there the other day, i love them. A customer came for a viewing and the girls were playing on the floor. I just love the light.

The Opening...

The Party was great, i was so humbled by the amount of people the showed up.. alot of friends and family but also some lovely customers. There was so much positive feedback from EVERYONE.
My lovely photographer buddy Kristin was there and took all the pics for me, she did such a great job, hopefully will have some to post soon..

Well I 've been home for a month now, and things are going great! I have been so busy, and only today have i had time to stop and rest, ready for Christmas, and to think about the new Year, which is going to be very exciting... I'VE FOUND A SHOP!!!! yeay, Luvlee Photography will have its own little home in Newcastle.. I can't wait. I will also set up a small studio there, I have my new lights (fresh for America, thanks to my Dad), i will be trying out and using very soon.

For now though.. MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY NEW YEAR, stay safe. Lee
